We will ship your order within 2-3 business days after confirmation of your order and verification of your payment information. We will e-mail you a notice when we have processed your payment, and e-mail you another notice regarding the shipping information once the package is shipped. If we cannot ship your order within the time frame indicated on our site, you will be notified by email with the anticipated ship date or given the option to cancel the order. We will ship your order on the anticipated date unless we receive an email from you requesting rush service or cancellation.
All domestic & international orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS).
"RUSH DELIVERY” within the U.S. is an additional $25.00 for USPS Express Mail® (Overnight to most areas).

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers & PayPal. We also accept money orders (require 10 days clearing, please enclose a copy of the sale order along with payment), and we do not currently accept payment by check or COD.
You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel without any cancellation fee. After this 24 hour grace period, 20% of the value of the merchandise will be charged to cancel your order.
Thank you for shopping with Love, Kuza. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a refund. (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. You may not return any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise are non-refundable. Exchange and Credit: Within 21 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or we will issue you a store credit. For all on sale or promotion discount items, a store credit will be issued.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unused, and with original packaging and tags attached. Please email us at email@example.com to receive your RMA#, please make sure your RMA# is clearly marked on your return package, you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). And ship out your package within 30 days of receiving your RMA#, otherwise, your request will be canceled. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. That way you will be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that we have received your RMA. Please allow 3-5 days from the receiving date for your account to be credited.
